About Kurt Geer

Outdoor landscape  photographer, Kurt Geer has been making photographs since the mid seventies. Only recently has he begun to turn this long-time hobby into a profession. Most of his images are drawn from the nature and the scenery of his home state of Ohio and Northwestern Pa.  My wife Lauri and I own and operate a small ice cream store in Albion, Pa, and fall and winter filled with taking photos of the area. My philosophy is simple...shoot the beauty of the world around us in all its forms. I am often surprised at where beauty comes from. People. Places. Sunlight. Reflection. The work on my website is primarily beauty in the natural world.
